The Centre for Spirituality at Work offers you the opportunity to do just that through an experiential workshop, with thought-provoking discussion and practical techniques.  Our 8-week fall program is at Simpson House, the red brick farmhouse at Riverdale Farm in Cabbagetown.  The program fee is $100.  Parking is free!

Access to Riverdale Farm is via Winchester St, which runs east from Parliament St. and north of (and parallel to ) Gerrard St.
